BIO for SPEAKING: Theresa J Morris

 

Theresa J Morris is Author/Entrepreneur and Founding Director of the Alien Contact Experiencers of ACE Nonprofit Inc. Theresa also known as TJ Morris dba ACIR is an American who has had Close Encounters her entire life and has devoted her Life’s Work to sharing the future with support groups of Lightworkers and Truthseekers of the Ascension Age. Theresa began her research in the human potential movement after a NDE near death experience in May, 1958 and again January 27, 1974 and both times she experienced alien intelligence beings that she considered angels at the time. TJ has since changed how she believes in extraterrestrials based on UFO Sightings and ET Encounters and is now sharing her story with those who join her in her TJ Morris ACO Social Service Club. TJ Morris is the Talk Show Host of the TJ Morris ET Radio weekly. TJ has written several books including Roswell Encounters, Ascension Age, and Alien UFO Story by TJ. TJ is now working with various small business entrepreneurs to form an annual conference in AMERICA with those who support her work in art, culture, education for the social changes and the new humanoid species as a supporter of a new spiritual science movement as a “Family of Kindred Spirits of the Social Paranormal Kind.” TJ’s professional background is as a Private, Legal, and Government investigator and refers to herself simply as an entrepreneur.

This book is dedicated to everyone who is a seeker of truth, of love, and light. I also would like to dedicate this to my family and friends who support me in my passion as a writer.

My Mother was my teacher and my guide. She is no longer on this earth but this book is the part of her that was the Mother in us all.  Words are just the beginning of our connection together. Communication is important for many reasons.  Mother longed for companionship in her last days and wanted me to be with her and to write to her more on the computer.  Mother was very smart and I hope you read her only book left on earth. You should leave one too.

 

Mother taught me just before she finished her book before her death that “We are the authors of our own life stories!”

Mother told me to write my own book and basically her legacy was to write books and she assured me that electronic books was the way to go in  the future.

Mother was encouraged by two of her grandchildren James Mc Vey of Texas and Lauren M Parrish of Florida to write a book for them. She had cancer and was dying.  She finally finished the book and passed away soon after on May 4, 2011.

Mother liked the logo I have added on the back of the book as an M with design. Mother told me although Jimbo has made some copies for me.

 I want you to publish my book with your new publishing copy and you keep the royalties for yourself.

Encourage others to write books. Jan, write you memoirs for your children and grandchildren. This book I am sending you is just some of my memories and of course all but I can hardly see anymore. Take this book and use the title “Good Old Days in Louisiana” by Tess Thomas. This will be the message I leave my children. We are all the authors of our own life stories and this is the legacy I leave behind for our family.

I believe we should use the size 14 for people to see well. We usually used 12.

I listened to my mother’s advice and I now create books of my own and for others.  My husband Thomas R Morris has many books inside of him based on his adventures in the military. His first was called The Package. Then my first book was called Roswell UFO Encounters.

 

• We who are already members as future authors of our own life stories may be able to learn from all our members who are already authors of their varied interest in writing a book. Many of the friends of TJ Morris have shared their thoughts and teachings in a book.
• We now know that many of our future members may not know how to write a book or think they do not have the time to write a book.
• Writing a book is not a prerequisite for joining our ACO Social Service Club with our various associate members however it helps to give one a sense accomplishment. We have members who are ghostwriters and publishers. Others assist members through hypnotherapy to bring the unconscious to the conscious as memories to be shared with self and others in the community.

The following statement for writers who were on their own spiritual path was one of the reasons why we began the ACE Folklife for a Community Gathering of Spiritual sharing.

“I honestly want to write my book and market my book and I feel overwhelmed and wish I had more time to write. We all have the same amount of minutes every day.”

• Write True Stories Every Day! Write one page a DAY and have 365 PAGES. We can CUT that down and EDIT it.
• Make a commitment to write as a daily decisions and desire, willingness, and commitment to learn what you have to do. Event Taking Action, Study and master your craft and you get a different Outcome. Inspire and motivate your Friends.
• Learn in Social Networking Metaphysics with TJ what it feels like to have total strangers handing others your book?

 

We share as authors, creators, educators and are called personal consultants.

We share our own professional vocations.

You learn and you grow and explore. You express the life which is you and who you a really are. People do use ghost writers and this really leads to the final pay off which is really special. What does it take to get out their effectively. The whole world can know your legacy and what you leave behind long after you are gone.

Publishing yourself and putting it out there for others to purchase is a commitment to yourself.

 Write your book and publish your book.

How to write a book and to make it a best seller may not be a goal but it is a worthy one. There is a future for all of us and we are co-creating a community of spiritual souls.

We share metaphysical topics of our focus for all who desire to join our ACE Nonprofit Inc.

We hope to share our way on our own personal journey. We share our life experiences and share our friendship as what is called fellowship in many associations, and organizations.

 TJ has been asked by some of her friends to simply maintain a relationship with each separately and yet they will know they can also belong to the Formation Committee of the future “GATHERING OF THE SOCIAL PARANORMAL KIND” AMERICAN CONFERENCE under the ACO CON Articles and By-Laws already in effect for the ACO and ACE.

The old laws will suffice until the 2014 when coming together has a goal and purpose to meet each other since all began working towards a goal in 2012. All is well in love and light.

• We are to co-create our own new world beginning at home with each of us fixing our own homes, planting in the soil to grow our own food or at least purchasing fresh food when we can from those such as the Amish and local natives.
• We support the future of the humanoid species that is coming to make this world a better place for you and for me and the entire human race in art, culture, education, and science, technology, and folklife traditions.
• We must all work for what is good and right and not allow anyone to take away our rights and freedom. We support the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence
• We were required to file in 2012 first year in business whether  business or not because we have an Employee Identification  Number as EIN as a new profit corporation an LLC of Personal Consultants.

It is suggested that this name is used as a website as AscensionCenter.org. .

We also have now the domain name ACE  Nonprofit Inc.

Future business with others should be conducted online electronically as the ACE Nonprofit Inc.

The ACO is to become a Social Network Organization.  TJ Morris ACO is presently owned by Theresa J Morris.

• The future of associations has now become one of knowing others using Facebook and electronic webinars online versus an actual annual conference of people gathering seem to be popular and cost effective.
• There is however an increase in spirituality and sharing the AscensionCenter.ORG as a Social Network of those interested in spirituality
• TJ Morris ET radio shares  a  Sunday Meeting online for instance as the RADIO SHOW BROADCAST on BLOG TALK RADIO with TJ MORRIS as Host.
• Ascension Center Founder and Director is Theresa J Thurmond now married to Thomas R Morris.
• TJ Morris Publishing shares her time daily with others in order to edit and ghostwrite for others.
• ACO and ACE working together could be a workable avenue to share in “GETTING THE WORD OUT” about ASCENSION.

 Ascension about raising awareness of the spirit which leaves the body at the time of death is a worthy cause as to raising the spirit while still on planet earth.

If you would like to continue support of the future regarding raising the spiritual awareness and shifting and uplifting the general population’s awareness of their spiritual journey are a vision and a goal for social networking.

How we express that now in the new time and space we share as a new paradigm may need some new marketing plans for each individual franchise including the Ascension Center Hawaii which Janet Kira Lessin has co-created at her personal home shared with Dr. Alexander (Sasha) Lessin, Ph.D…

A copy of this will be shared with Janet Kira Lessin who has also considered marketing and promoting Ascension Center online. TJ has the domain name Ascension Center Organization name as ascensioncenter.org, and Janet Kira Lessin has the domain name Ascension Center Network as ascensioncenter.net.

 

Both women are care givers to their husbands on social security and work together as friends of the Ascension Spirit as in Raising Spiritual Consciousness as friends of many years which was established as the year 1993.

Each woman has now begun their own social networking with each other on Blog Talk Radio and other Domain names, and websites.

Both Janet Kira Lessin and Theresa J Morris speak weekly about their plans for furthering their desires to social network and to someday meet at an annual gathering that for now still operates under the old Articles and By-laws of the ACO dba Ascension Center Organization and the ACE Folklife dba ACE which now has a Federal ID # in 2013 as of April 1, 2013.

Services are provided as private and group counseling, study groups, classes, seminars, written publications, audio/visual tapes, products, books, and other workshop materials, which is a synthesis of ancient wisdoms and new thought teachings and philosophies.

We are an organization with patrons throughout the United States of America and the world. Subscribers receive an ACE monthly report/Newsletter and are given a discount on all classes, seminars, books, tapes, and material published by the Ascension Centers Non-Profit Organization.

In the “Xenoverse” the universe is composed of a Multiverse within a Higher Dimension or ‘Higher Domain’. Our local Dimensional Universe is a ‘Lower Domain’ that exists alongside other Lower Domains within the Higher Domain.

 

Our local Dimensional Universe is the stage of both Xenoverse and Xenias in the ‘Xenoverse’.

Our world inside this universe  is composed of two overlapping domains within itself; ‘Normal space’ and ‘Imaginary space’.

Normal space (or real-number domain) is the reality that can be perceived (to know via a sense organ), and the Imaginary space (imaginary-number domain) is the reality that cannot be perceived. Every single thing that exists in the universe extends into these two domains. For example, in the case of humans, the “substance and flesh” that can be seen and touched exist in Normal space, and the “consciousness and heart” that cannot be sensed exist in Imaginary space.

 

The Collective Unconscious exists in Imaginary Space and is recognized as a white beach. The white ash-colored beach is the visual image of the imaginary domain that a consciousness visualizes when its real-domain body has died and it is being pulled into the Collective Unconscious. This image is subjective and differs according to cultural background and experience of the perceiver.

 

This Collective Unconscious is something like a sky that canopies the entire world, or a vast land on which everything stands. The Collective Unconscious in Imaginary space is such an absolute existence that it is the structure of a gigantic consciousness that holds the Dimensional Universe together.

 

Imaginary space can be thought of as the “spiritual domain” similar to the world of the soul spoken about by religions such as “heaven” or “nirvana”.

We are all part of the universe, multiverse, metaverse, xenoverse, omniverse, and all that lies beyond that which are the below. AS ABOVE SO BELOW has always been the way it has been thought of in our world of spirit!

 

When we begin the thought process of our own consciousness we allow our spirit to intervene. Our spirit may sometimes be heard as that still small voice inside of us we call our conscious.

 There is a vast store house of mental images inside us all. Some are good and some may be bad. It is up to us to clean our own house of consciousness and to begin creating the mental images that we want to see and discover for ourselves. We can create our own stories with happy or sad endings.

 People are waking up to the fact that there is more to life than what we are now experiencing and many want to do something to change the artful atmosphere that has been created. Some are gathering together to make their voices heard in unison. I am one who works in the higher planes to serve those above so that those Ebens below can be heard as well.

Article I

 

1 This Body shall be called the ACO Convention of Ascension Center Organization.

 

Article II

 

1 This Body shall meet annually according to the adjournment, but in case of emergency the President may call a special session with the advice and consent of the Mission Board, of two-thirds of the members of the Board present and voting may call a special session. A Body must be three or more for gathering.

 

Article III

 

1 The membership of this Body shall consist of Lightworker Messengers from cooperating affiliated Ascension Centers as follows:

 

(1)    Two messengers from each centers church (Body) having one hundred members or less, which is in friendly cooperation with this Convention; is in synergy with compassion and is sympathetic with its purposes and work.

 

(2)    One additional messenger for each such church shall be allowed for each additional one hundred members or for each $100.00 USD contributed to the Centers Cooperative Program for the Annual Convention during the fiscal year preceding the annual meeting, but no churches may be allowed more than ten (10) messengers per 1000 members.

 

(3)    Lightworker Messenger’s cards will be sent, upon request, to individual churches who meet the above requirements, from the ACO International Convention office in the United States of America.

 

(4)    A voting Ballot as a member will be issued to each member at the time one registers in their perspective state level directorship as an ACO Church. Each Church can have no more than 10 per state or nation state in the International level of countries for messengers to total 10 per 1000 members. That is 1 per hundred at the international level for organization and administration purposes of accounting on voting ballots annually at the International ACO Convention.

 

Article V

 

1 The Body has no jurisdiction over the local churches or the District Associations, and shall exercise no authority over them.

 

Article VI

 

1 The Body shall be a medium through which the churches in their sovereign capacity can work together for a common cause such as promoting all non-denominational enterprises which they deem necessary in carrying out the Great Commission of Light Service as Raising Consciousness of body~mind~spirit of humanity for the health and prosperity of all sentient intelligent being species in the world.

 

Article VII

 

1. The Mission Board of this body shall consist of members from each cooperating District Association plus eight at-large members from geographical regions of the state. The Mission Board membership from the associations shall consist of one member from each cooperating District Association with a total church membership of two thousand or less, and one more member for each additional two thousand church members, or any major fraction thereof, as reported in the Convention Annual of the preceding year with the first original launch in 2012. Each District Association shall nominate two persons for each membership of the Board of whom one shall be elected. Should any District Association fail to exercise this prerogative, then the Committee on Nominations of the Convention shall make the decision for the nomination.

 

2.  The eight-at-large members shall be elected from any cooperating affiliated Ascension Center Organization Church hereinafter referred to and called ACO.

 

3. All members of the Board shall be elected by the ACO for a period of three years, except those who are selected to fill vacancies. Vacancies result from death, resignation, or moving from the district of association. A move of an at-large member does not constitute a need for change in a regional representation. No member shall be eligible for re-election for a one year term after his term has expired except one who has been elected to fill an unexpired term. The Founder is a member for life who is Theresa Janette Thurmond Morris and shall be the deciding vote throughout her term in office as founder in case of the vacancy herein described which she alone can fill until such time there is a replacement.  The founder is the first Founding President of the ACO Convention.

 

4. The retiring President of the Convention shall be an at-large member of the Mission Board indefinitely or until such time that he/she reports unable for any reason to perform this mission. At that time the one member shall report for one year immediately following this term of office.

 

5. The President for the Men and Women’s Missionary Union and the President of the Adolescent and Teens Support Group shall serve as ex-officio members of the Board.

 

6. Three member of the initial Board of the ACO shall constitute a Quorum and from that time forth in growing and in membership there must be two-thirds of the Board Members present at the Annual National and International Conventions.

 

Article VIII

 

1. The ACO Mission Board shall have charge of the work of this body between its sessions and shall appoint officers, committees, agents, agencies, organizers that may be required in its world’s mission and work. The mission and board will make recommendations at monthly meetings in keeping with the overall mission quarterly reporting and annually to the state, national, and international Convention. Only the Board of Director may make recommendation to the ACO convention in case of an emergency as the Mission Board is to report back to the Board of Directors of findings and investigations.

 

2. The ACO Mission Board shall make a report thirty (30) days on the business and marketing plan and ACO Committees formed to meet commitments for the year.  A five year business and marketing plan is to be created by the ACO Mission Board which is to be incorporated in the twenty five year overall international plan for meeting the ACO goals for the future of all humankind.

 

3. The ACO Board of Directors shall be responsible for seeing that the ACO Mission Board meets its obligation and commitments for the entire ACO Church Body of the membership for making public to all members that which is to be reported at least thirty days prior to the ACO level district, state, regional, national, and international journal as social media marketing management online in cooperation with the various webmasters of each chosen mission. The only exception of not making public the annual plans during the five year to twenty-five year mission for health and prosperity for all humanoid sentient intelligent beings of the species is if an emergency happens and is explained thereafter within a reasonable amount of time but within the same month before the annual convention.

 

4. No one person can serve at the same time in more than one position such as the Board of Directors, The ACO Mission Board,  Board of Trustees for Finances, or the Directors or Managers of any infrastructure agencies or as an agent of more than one level in the ACO. No one person can serve two positions and must step down serving with the Body from one for a full year before being allowed to run again for office if resigned from office or due to an emergency missing a monthly meeting where another must fill the vacancy. This is set in the constitution to keep order in the cooperative corporation as required by law.

 

5. Employees if hired for contracting purposes will not be eligible to hold any office of the Board of Directors, ACO Mission Boar, Board of Trustees, or Manager of any agency or institution fostered and supported by the ACO

 

 

 

1.      Each ACO Session called to order will be opened and closed with by a short prayer and remembrance of our ancestors and the higher power of source whoever each may prepare their higher minds for in registering their birth-life-death process on earth as we are all awake and aware that we are here now. All meetings are then called to order by the President or acting Vice president.

 

2.      Each member will have a vote in meetings as sessions allow however, visitors are not allowed to vote and must become a member in order for their voices in speech craft to be heard and voice their opinions.

 

3.      Each member will address the founder and President of each level at the session or meeting.

 

4.      Each member will listen attentively and not be allowed to fall asleep and will participate with all body~mind~spirit engaged in functioning with all senses as taking action by being alert.

 

5.      No member shall speak more than twice in a single debate on the same day without a two-thirds majority vote of the Convention.

 

6.      When a member shall be called to order he/she shall be seated until the President can decide or has determined with the rest of the Board if he/she is in order in the formal meeting for the benefit of all present and residing with their undivided attention as the quorum has been established and called for in order to conduct the official ACO Quorum and Annual Convention.

 

7.      An appeal may be made in writing to the Board of Directors in any case after the meeting and placed in the ACO Journal with the bases for debate having looked into the debate which was established to be found observed and important to the overall mission of the ACO Convention. That person in indecision and debate may be heard at the Board of Directors meeting with a two-thirds quorum held outside of the annual convention in case of urgency to the overall cause to affect all members of the Body as the Church and Mission.

 

8.      The President and Founder may be heard at any time in the ACO Convention and ACO Church as the Body. She is the only one who can call to order and overrule those who are out of order when a debate or voices desire to be heard unless she is not present at which time temporarily in her absence the Chair can be taken by one recognizing the Robert Rules of Order by one of the Vice Presidents or in the case of the absence of both Vice Presidents, named by the President at the founding of the ACO of Thomas Ray Morris and Thomas Anthony Sinici, then by some member whom the President may select to run the meeting.

 

9.      In the election of future officers by ballot, if only one nomination is made and no other person desires to nominate, the secretary may cast the ballot for the Convention. If a nominee does not receive a majority of votes cast on the first ballot, subsequent ballots shall carry the names of those who are included in the top fifty percent of the total votes cast in the previous ballot.

 

10.    The results of all balloted votes shall be made known to all Lightworker Messengers and Truthseekers and perspective neophyte LMs or TMs. LMs are Lightworker Messengers and TMs are Truthseeker Messengers and titles are voted on at the annual conventions and titles can be taken away by the body of the church based on what is considered unbecoming to that of a member of the church such as murder of another human being or taking life in a harmful way of any living creature. Lightworkers are to be messengers of love, light, and wisdom teachings of the Ascension Center Organization. Truthseekers are to be archivists, researchers, and explorers of all that is for the good of the Body as the Church.

 

11.    The results of all ballots for the purpose of election of officers, members, and titles shall be made known to all messengers and recorded in the proceedings of the ACO Convention. It is understood that the votes made at the time of the annual convention refer to the election of officers and any other ballot votes required maintaining order in the Convention.

 

12.    All resolutions and votes, memorials, and all motions except motions related to procedures made for the consideration of the annual Convention shall be presented in writing. All resolutions and memorials shall require for passage the concurrence of two-thirds of the members present and voting.

 

13.    No new item of miscellaneous business except motions related to procedures may be made for consideration of the annual Convention except for the ACE Folklife Club which is for the preservation of information and archiving purposes of our members for their families and friends while on this planet we call home as earth and Gaia.

 

14.    We also recognize the Star Nations and Galactic Federation as part of the ACE Folklife Club of Archiving Clubs as members if they so desire to join with their own organization or church in alliance with other Open Minds and Conscious Conferences to be recognized with their own appointed member of 1 voice per 100 members. In order for the Native American Indian Churches to be recognized they must report in writing to the ACE FOLKLIFE CLUB ARCHIVISTS that their voice of organizations and tribes will need to be heard at the next annual convention.  This forever goes to the other Alien ET UFO Community groups such as Mutual UFO Network, International UFO Congress, Open Minds magazine, Fate Magazine, Social Paranormal Magazine, Anew News Magazine, American News Magazine, ET Spirit Magazine, and any and all groups, websites, and members of other associations, groups, clubs, societies who participate in the social media networks online.

 

15.    All education, classes, workshops, colleges, universities online in webinars, workshops, of an kind that desire to participate with our Lightworker Messengers, and Truthseeker Messengers desiring to have a voice in our ACO with TJ Morris Marketing Media Management as Administrator will have to submit their request in writing and forward the request in writing as in electronic mail and/or snail mail for archiving purposes as we are recognized as archivists.

 

16.    ACE Folklife Club is for Authors, Co-creators, Educators, Folklorists, Historians, Visual, and Performing Artists including, Editors, Copywriters, Producers, Graphic illustrators, Videographers, Special Effects artists, and more.

 

17.    The rules may be altered or amended at any annual meeting by a two thirds vote of the members present as long as the Board of Directors agree and are present.

 

18.    In case of dissolvement of the ACO the assets will be sold and monies given to the charities such as Red Cross and Saint Jude Hospital.

We have members who supported various conventions for over two decades hosting numerous authors, editors, scientists, and artists. My work was initially based on art, culture, education, science, technology, folklife, history, world religions, and philosophy.

 I, the literature writer had to become a spiritual scientist and continue Carl Jung’s work because besides being the best existent therapy for all mental illnesses and even physical diseases, the unconscious guidance in dreams has a very important religious meaning. The unconscious wisdom helps us eliminate all sins and begin a new life, far from wickedness.

My scientific studies simply completed the research I was making through literature and philosophy from the time I learned how to think and I started writing my first poems, stories, and philosophical conclusions.

 My writings were inspired by the unconscious mind, which also gives us artistic talents, and metaphysical over religious and philosophical inclinations, besides producing our dreams.

Science gives us so many explanations about our reality that it is considered as a source that provides us with the best proof we could have about the veracity of our conclusions.

You still need religion, philosophy, and art in order to understand your complex reality.

Science is not enough; it cannot show you everything you must know in order to understand the multidimensional truth of our universe, multiverse, metaverse, xenoverse, omniverse, Alphaverse, and Omegaverse.

This means that the materialistic mindset of the current civilization doesn’t help you understand your reality.

The unconscious mind that produces your dreams is the God you first met in your first religious experiences. Some people still only believe what they were taught in Sunday school and Church in America.  Fun & Friendship

After your first shift you can choose between a Special Event ticket and a 2 day pass for a friend. Volunteers must arrive 30 minutes before their shift to check in and receive orientation. If your shift is later in the weekend please come by on Friday to pick up your pass.

Bookstore Set Up

Must be able to lift 40 pounds for 4 hours. Set up table & display books as instructed by Book Store Manager.

 Booth Set Up

Number booths on 2 upper corners of each Exhibitor’s booth as shown on layout map. Mark booths that need additional power & Phone lines. Label the underside of all tables, chairs & trash cans with corresponding booth number.

Using updated Decor form, go from booth to booth to confirm that each vendor has received their pre-ordered table & table coverings, chairs, trash cans, & power. Make note of those who have more than ordered so we can confirm additional Furniture. Report problems to your Coordinator.

Sell table coverings, rent tables & chairs to vendors, dispatch table orders to table & chair delivery team, confirm delivery with vendor upon receipt.

Refer to booth order Decor sheet for your area to determine which booths have ordered additional table & chairs, deliver tables & chairs by size & quantity, tape & number each piece on the bottom with corresponding booth number, make delivery off of Decor chart, call dispatch & have vendor confirm receipt of additional order if order was called in by dispatcher. Bring Gloves. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more for 4 hours, we supply Dollies & Carts.

Check In

Check in staff & volunteers – dispatches them to Coordinator via radio, make sure volunteers get to their scheduled job.

Check in arriving exhibitors, cross references exhibitors book to confirm that full payment is on file. Issues badges according to book.

 

Check in Speakers/Workshop Presenters and directs them to their room & connects them with their Room Monitor.

Decorations

Hang & take down Banners/Signs as directed around venue.

Must be tall.  Assist with assembling all pipe & drape throughout the venue.

Make sure all signs & banner are hung, check to see that there are flowers in all the workshop rooms & that venue decor is lit, and steps have plants distributed, clipboard with cross reference list & pen.

Harmony Patrol/ Security

Instruct Attendees & Vendors without badges to go to the front to access the building and to sign in & get their badge. Provide information to patrons via program guide. Watch out for unattended bags & for folks in areas that are not theirs. All personnel should have ID.

Event Set Up

Unload trucks & deliver product to designated booth as noted on freight. Bring gloves, we supply dollies & wheel carts.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more for 4 hours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Assist with venue set up prior to vendor arrival.

Assist with workshop room set up prior to opening of show.

Load Out

Pack up all materials used for checking in event registrants. Pack up all check in areas & make sure all is properly labeled & ready for loading into the trucks.

 

Refer to booth order Decor sheet for your area to determine which booths have ordered table coverings & skirting. Collect all table skirts & clips. Gather all rented tables bring them back to the freight doors & stack for load out.

Office Support (Phone/Computer)

Answer phone. Give directions using Program Guide. Look up schedules for those inquiring via phone. Make signs & badges as needed, support office manager in any way possible.

 Runner/Break Provider/Support

General Set up support staff/check in. Runs errands in & around the area – may need to use personal car. Gives breaks to staff members as directed.

Room Monitors

Introduce speaker, clean up room after lecture, hand out literature, and make sure speakers have water & cups, pass around mic for audience questions.  Must be comfortable introducing speakers.
