Chapter One
Commander Morris sitting on the white sandy beach on a beautiful blue-sky day with white full clouds sporadically watching her daughter walk down the beach along the ocean’s edge collecting shells in the water.
Picking up her cell phone to record the event as Gigi walked into the center of what appeared a portal as she disappeared. Stopping her recording she looked down the beach to see if she could catch a glimpse of her with her eyes and Gigi was apparently too far down the beach. Then looking again at the sky there was a larger than usual cloud looking as if it was growing from the inside and pushing outward which looked odd. Commander Morris picked up her phone and began recording the cloud then looked at her feet in the sand to make sure the camera would adjust this time on its own with no glitches. That was the last she saw in this world or at least from this real point of view inside the cell phone. She was taken up again.
Taken up is what she called visiting her cosmos family which was passing through this level of reality or what was known as her own earthly existence.
Commander Morris was called up by a spacecraft not of earth origin. Exactly what was wanted of her this time? She was taken and put into a high back chair which conformed to her shape immediately within just a few seconds or, so it seemed in her own consciousness.
This was the first time in a long time since she had lost her spouse and fellow Commander Thomas R. Morris.
She had been visited in her lucid dreams as was a continual process of being human and a form of what was called a Walk-In on earth by many. She just considered herself a hybrid of the universal order of the higher strangeness of the humanoid sentient intelligent being kind. She had learned to live a way that not many people did or at least did not share it with others in the open talks of what was termed normal conversation of earthlings.
Her inner talk to herself she called herself Tara of Sothis as an Avatar Oracle Master of the Ascension Age. This she knew well as a type of historian throughout the time of souls. Souls were co-created by those in the seventh heaven apparently below the all mighty source or
God.

She could feel she was not back in the higher heavens where she had been prior. She had died on occasions and they were too numerous to account for in this lifetime. But some stuck to the conscious of her soul when she entered this time. Having memories of past lives was a common occurrence for the travelers. Those who could come and go in a karmic cycle returned for one reason or another to grow their own cycle of the soul for knowing and learning how to ascend higher until wanting to return to the whole expanse that was forever eternal. This place where she was now in her reality was simply aboard a spacecraft that was traveling in-between galaxies.

What are we God? Body-mind-spirit-soul?

Dear God,
I am writing to you on this day we call Sunday as our sabbath day on planet earth. But, you already know that. Are you like me or am I like You? Are we the same? I only know that which I experience now and can use inside and outside as a microcosm inside a macrocosm. I have been able to learn how to write based on my education provided in a system on planet earth. I use my senses which I am told most all beings called humanoid sentient intelligent beings are like me. I feel that the entire me is not all here. I feel inside these thoughts that come and go are a part of me but not all of me.
Does this mean that I am more than simply a human being? There is the study of you we call theology. There is the study we call Cosmology, and change in you and us.
What are we God? Body-mind-spirit-soul and you? Are we together both mind and matter in a place we call space or are you and I also the space and together we make the place? Time is relative from what I can see and share as a life experience. I have seen that there are others in my life I called my family and loved ones. Many are now gone to another place in space that some refer to as heaven and hell, or purgatory. But humbly I say this knowing that anything I can share for “us” I must know that you know before I do or share so my own self can see this in a form that I may share with others such as you and me.
For now, I will accept my place in space, time, matter, and energy we regard as life. For I am told to accept in the beginning was the word and the word was without form. There appears to be energy and the unity of this is what we are. I agree to be a child of God and your child. I agree to call my study of us and what we are as this era in time and space we call energy with an era in time we call the Ascension Age.
I agree to learn how to live, laugh, love, and leave a legacy of us in the Ascension Age. I felt it important enough to talk to you in written form so that I could ask you this information. What are we God? Are we everything? I was taught in my Christian Churches growing up that God is love. If God is everything and God is love, then am I also everything and love? I know that I learned in Church that faith, hope, and charity are important to human kind but that the greatest as taught by our Lord and Savior of earth who we call your one and only son as Jesus is love.
We are all about time, space, matter, energy, and life and being one with the immortal soul of you and us. We are all about becoming more and this requires change in our knowledge of what we call expanse of essence. Do we keep using the word?

Web syndication is a form of syndication in which content is made available from one website to other sites. Most commonly, websites are made available to provide either summaries or full renditions of a website’s recently added content. The term may also describe other kinds of content licensing for reuse.
Motivation
Web syndication involves a website providing content to an arbitrary number of subscribing websites that redistribute it. For the subscribing sites, syndication is an effective way of adding greater depth and immediacy of information to their pages, making them more attractive to users. For the providing site, syndication increases exposure. This generates new traffic for the providing site—making syndication an easy and relatively cheap, or even free, form of advertisement.
Content syndication has becomes an effective strategy for link building, as search engine optimization has become an increasingly important topic among website owners and online marketers. Links embedded within the syndicated content are typically optimized around anchor terms that will point an optimized[clarification needed] link back to the website that the content author is trying to promote. These links tell the algorithms of the search engines that the website being linked to is an authority for the keyword that is being used as the anchor text. However the recent rollout of Google Panda’s algorithm may not reflect this authority in its SERP rankings based on quality scores generated by the sites linking to the authority.
The prevalence of web syndication is also of note to online marketers, since web surfers are becoming increasingly wary of providing personal information for marketing materials (such as signing up for a newsletter) and expect the ability to subscribe to a feed instead. Although the format could be anything transported over HTTP, such as HTML or JavaScript, it is more commonly XML. Web syndication formats include RSS and Atom.[1]

Syndication first arose in earlier media such as print, radio, and television, allowing content creators to reach a wider audience. In the case of radio, the United States Federal government proposed a syndicate in 1924 so that the country’s executives could quickly and efficiently reach the entire population.[2] In the case of television, it is often said that “Syndication is where the real money is.”[3]Additionally, syndication accounts for the bulk of TV programming.[4]
One predecessor of web syndication is the Meta Content Framework (MCF), developed in 1996 by Ramanathan V. Guha and others in Apple Computer’s Advanced Technology Group.[5]
Today, millions of online publishers, including newspapers, commercial websites, and blogs, distribute their news headlines, product offers, and blog postings in news feeds.
As a commercial model
Conventional syndication businesses such as Reuters and Associated Press thrive on the internet by offering their content to media partners on a subscription basis,[6] using business models established in earlier media forms.
Commercial web syndication can be categorized in three ways:

Commercial web syndication involves partnerships between content producers and distribution outlets. There are different structures of partnership agreements. One such structure is licensing content, in which distribution partners pay a fee to the content creators for the right to publish the content. Another structure is ad-supported content, in which publishers share revenues derived from advertising on syndicated content with that content’s producer. A third structure is free, or barter syndication, in which no currency changes hands between publishers and content producers. This requires the content producers to generate revenue from another source, such as embedded advertising or subscriptions. Alternatively, they could distribute content without remuneration. Typically, those who create and distribute content free are promotional entities, vanity publishers, or government entities.
Types of content syndicated include RSS or Atom Feeds and full content. With RSS feeds, headlines, summaries, and sometimes a modified version of the original full content is displayed on users’ feed readers. With full content, the entire content—which might be text, audio, video, applications/widgets or user-generated content—appears unaltered on the publisher’s site.
There are two methods for selecting distribution partners. The content creator can hand-pick syndication partners based on specific criteria, such as the size or quality of their audiences. Alternatively, the content creator can allow publisher sites or users to opt into carrying the content through an automated system. Some of these automated “content marketplace” systems involve careful screening of potential publishers by the content creator to ensure that the material does not end up in an inappropriate environment.
Just as syndication is a source of profit for TV producers and radio producers, it also functions to maximize profit for Internet content producers. As the Internet has increased in size[7] it has become increasingly difficult for content producers to aggregate a sufficiently large audience to support the creation of high-quality content. Syndication enables content creators to amortize the cost of producing content by licensing it across multiple publishers or by maximizing distribution of advertising-supported content. A potential drawback for content creators, however, is that they can lose control over the presentation of their content when they syndicate it to other parties.
Distribution partners benefit by receiving content either at a discounted price, or free. One potential drawback for publishers, however, is that because the content is duplicated at other publisher sites, they cannot have an “exclusive” on the content.
For users, the fact that syndication enables the production and maintenance of content allows them to find and consume content on the Internet. One potential drawback for them is that they may run into duplicate content, which could be an annoyance.

Web syndication has been used to distribute product content such as feature descriptions, images, and specifications. As manufacturers are regarded as authorities and most sales are not achieved on manufacturer Web sites, manufacturers allow retailers or dealers to publish the information on their sites. Through syndication, manufacturers may pass relevant information to channel partners.[8] Such web syndication has been shown to increase sales.[9]
Web syndication has also been found effective as a search engine optimization technique.[10]

Just as syndication is a source of profit for TV producers and radio producers, it also functions to maximize profit for Internet content producers. As the Internet has increased in size[7] it has become increasingly difficult for content producers to aggregate a sufficiently large audience to support the creation of high-quality content. Syndication enables content creators to amortize the cost of producing content by licensing it across multiple publishers or by maximizing distribution of advertising-supported content. A potential drawback for content creators, however, is that they can lose control over the presentation of their content when they syndicate it to other parties.
Distribution partners benefit by receiving content either at a discounted price, or free. One potential drawback for publishers, however, is that because the content is duplicated at other publisher sites, they cannot have an “exclusive” on the content.
For users, the fact that syndication enables the production and maintenance of content allows them to find and consume content on the Internet. One potential drawback for them is that they may run into duplicate content, which could be an annoyance.

Web syndication has been used to distribute product content such as feature descriptions, images, and specifications. As manufacturers are regarded as authorities and most sales are not achieved on manufacturer Web sites, manufacturers allow retailers or dealers to publish the information on their sites. Through syndication, manufacturers may pass relevant information to channel partners.[8] Such web syndication has been shown to increase sales.[9]
Web syndication has also been found effective as a search engine optimization technique.[10]

False Flag Information for Researchers

On the subject of false flag information, I am doing what I can to share information on cosmology, and our reality that we can substantiate among the critical masses among the public.

There are many people with various jobs in the past with high top secret crypto clearances in the USA and those who claim to have experiences in the ufology field. Actually it may be now combined with alientology.

We must learn how to research information and to know who is telling the truth. All truths are provisional and can be corrected. We learn how to advance on our own merits of change and growth in our entire populations overall opinion We share notes on our good science and our good spiritual science. We can always be open-minded.

People who are nice and mean well but cannot substantiate their own claims has to be listed in our folklife and folkore. The stories we here among humans may be truth or imagination. It may be a person’s truth inside their own minds which may be greater than their own reality. Some people become delusional and we all have to live on the same planet.

It is with great desire to know the truth that I listen and make my own decisions as to what resonates with me and my own personal research. I rarely take one’s story at face value without looking into the possibilities that there is some stimuli for claims of experiences including my own.

However, while I am researching my own life story I also research how certain people cross my path on my own spiritual journey. Life is what we make it. We can change our reality. I choose my friends carefully in real 3D world. I allow others to become friends in cyberspace on social media whom I have not met.

Just because people can speak and make inferrences to others and drop names of people in a field of endeavor do not make people more believable. We all have an unconscious side and we all have imaginations. But to reveal a truth we must know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we can prove something to our own self. I can only vet for myself and share my own opinion and point of view.

If someone is in charge of the secret space program in the UFO world, then there is also someone in charge of discrediting this person. We have those who distract various people from truth and information.

We can share information, disinformation, and misinformation.

FAKE STORIES can become TRUTH in what we now call the MANDALA EFFECT which taints the truth as claims. Many people have claims but how do we know that their stories are not folkore?

We must be diligent at learning about those who are simply used in information gathering for truth or fiction.

Some people have genuine belief, motivation, and want to share the path or journey for people seeking information.

Researchers look for the truth. We must learn to research the stories and listen scientifically if we can prove information that is trusted.

What we know and what we believe sometimes is manipulated. The news in cyberspace is subjective. We know it can be manipulated.

We caution people about making valued judgments. We can learn from our open access to truth. However, information that we can work with as researchers is more than just talks of our imaginations.

Much of the consciousness, new age, love and light community is more than the ascension message of raising our spiritual consciousness. We know of spiritual science and science is coming together into a place and plance in the ufology field.

We must learn to define our truth.

The contemporary term false flag describes covert operations that are designed to deceive in such a way that activities appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.[1]
Historically, the term “false flag” has its origins in naval warfare where the use of a flag other than the belligerent’s true battle flag before (but not while) engaging the enemy has long been accepted as a permissible ruse de guerre; by contrast, flying a false flag while engaging the enemy constitutes perfidy.[1]
Operations carried out during peace-time by civilian organizations, as well as covert government agencies, can (by extension) also be called false flag operations if they seek to hide the real organization behind an operation.

Use in warfare
In land warfare such operations are generally deemed acceptable in certain circumstances, such as to deceive enemies providing that the deception is not perfidious and all such deceptions are discarded before opening fire upon the enemy. Similarly in naval warfare such a deception is considered permissible provided the false flag is lowered and the true flag raised before engaging in battle:[2] auxiliary cruisers operated in such a fashion in both World Wars, as did Q-ships, while merchant vessels were encouraged to use false flags for protection.
Such masquerades promoted confusion not just of the enemy but of historical accounts: in 1914 the Battle of Trindade was fought between the British auxiliary cruiser RMS Carmania and the German auxiliary cruiser SMS Cap Trafalgar which had been altered to look like Carmania. (Contrary to some possibly mendacious accounts, the RMS Carmania had not been altered to resemble the Cap Trafalgar.)
Another notable example was the World War II German commerce raider Kormoran which surprised and sank the Australian light cruiser HMAS Sydney in 1941 while disguised as a Dutch merchant ship, causing the greatest recorded loss of life on an Australian warship. While Kormoran was fatally damaged in the engagement and its crew captured the outcome represented a considerable psychological victory for the Germans.[3]
Other examples from WWII included a Kriegsmarine ensign in the St Nazaire Raid and captured a German code book: the old destroyer Campbeltown, which the British planned to sacrifice in the operation, was provided with cosmetic modifications that involved cutting the ship’s funnels and chamfering the edges to resemble a German Type 23 torpedo boat.
By this ruse the British were able to get within two miles (3 km) of the harbour before the defences responded, where the explosive-rigged Campbeltown and commandos successfully disabled or destroyed the key dock structures of the port.[4][5]
Air warfare
In December 1922–February 1923, Rules concerning the Control of Wireless Telegraphy in Time of War and Air Warfare, drafted by a commission of jurists at the Hague regulates:[6]
Art. 3. A military aircraft must carry an exterior mark indicating its nationality and its military character.
Art. 19. The use of false exterior marks is forbidden.
This draft was never adopted as a legally binding treaty, but the ICRC states in its introduction on the draft that ‘To a great extent, [the draft rules] correspond to the customary rules and general principles underlying treaties on the law of war on land and at sea’,[7] and as such these two non–controversial articles were already part of customary law.[8]
Land warfare[edit]
In land warfare, the use of a false flag is similar to that of naval warfare: the trial of Otto Skorzeny, who planned and commanded Operation Greif, by a U.S. military tribunal at the Dachau Trials included a finding that Skorzeny was not guilty of a crime by ordering his men into action in American uniforms. He had relayed to his men the warning of German legal experts: that if they fought in American uniforms, they would be breaking the laws of war; however, they probably were not doing so simply by wearing the American uniforms. During the trial, a number of arguments were advanced to substantiate this position and the German and U.S. military seem to have been in agreement.
In the transcript of the trial,[9] it is mentioned that Paragraph 43 of the Field Manual published by the War Department, United States Army, on 1 October 1940, under the entry Rules of Land Warfare states “National flags, insignias and uniforms as a ruse – in practice it has been authorized to make use of these as a ruse. The foregoing rule (Article 23 of the Annex of the IVth Hague Convention), does not prohibit such use, but does prohibit their improper use. It is certainly forbidden to make use of them during a combat. Before opening fire upon the enemy, they must be discarded’.”
The American Soldiers’ Handbook was also quoted by Defense Counsel: “The use of the enemy flag, insignia, and uniform is permitted under some circumstances. They are not to be used during actual fighting, and if used in order to approach the enemy without drawing fire, should be thrown away or removed as soon as fighting begins.” Subsequently, the outcome of the trial has been codified in the 1977 Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 (Protocol I):
Article 37. – Prohibition of perfidy
1. It is prohibited to kill, injure, or capture an adversary by resort to perfidy. Acts inviting the confidence of an adversary to lead him to believe that he is entitled to, or is obliged to accord, protection under the rules of international law applicable in armed conflict, with intent to betray that confidence, shall constitute perfidy. The following acts are examples of perfidy:
(a) The feigning of an intent to negotiate under a flag of truce or of a surrender;
(b) The feigning of an incapacitation by wounds or sickness;
(c) The feigning of civilian, non-combatant status; and
(d) The feigning of protected status by the use of signs, emblems or uniforms of the United Nations or of neutral or other States not Parties to the conflict.
2. Ruses of war are not prohibited. Such ruses are acts which are intended to mislead an adversary or to induce him to act recklessly but which infringe no rule of international law applicable in armed conflict and which are not perfidious because they do not invite the confidence of an adversary with respect to protection under that law. The following are examples of such ruses: the use of camouflage, decoys, mock operations and disinformation.
Article 38. – Recognized emblems
1. It is prohibited to make improper use of the distinctive emblem of the Red Cross, Red Crescent or Red Lion and Sun or of other emblems, signs or signals provided for by the Conventions or by this Protocol. It is also prohibited to misuse deliberately in an armed conflict other internationally recognized protective emblems, signs or signals, including the flag of truce, and the protective emblem of cultural property.
2. It is prohibited to make use of the distinctive emblem of the United Nations, except as authorized by that Organization.
Article 39. – Emblems of nationality
1. It is prohibited to make use in an armed conflict of the flags or military emblems, insignia or uniforms of neutral or other States not Parties to the conflict.
2. It is prohibited to make use of the flags or military emblems, insignia or uniforms of adverse Parties while engaging in attacks or in order to shield, favour, protect or impede military operations.
3. Nothing in this Article or in Article 37, paragraph 1 ( d ), shall affect the existing generally recognized rules of international law applicable to espionage or to the use of flags in the conduct of armed conflict at sea.
Cyber-warfare

A false flag in the cyber domain is slightly different and easier to perpetrate than in other physical theaters of war. Cyber false flags refer to tactics used in covert cyber attacks by a perpetrator to deceive or misguide attribution attempts including the attacker’s origin, identity, movement, and/or code/exploitation. It is typically very hard to conclusively attribute cyberattacks to their perpetrators and misdirection tactic can cause misattribution (permitting response and/or counterattack as a condicio sine qua non under international law) or misperception which can lead to retaliation against the wrong adversary.
Cyber false flags can exist in the cyber domain when:
Weaponized cyber exploits use recycled code/variants from previous attacks;
Exploits are developed to mimic the scope and complexity of other malware;
Exploits are procured rather than developed;
Exploits are executed from new/unknown operator command servers;
Malware calls out to or connects to known operator command servers;
The action or attack is outsourced (e.g. to criminals);
The compromise is socially engineered to misguide investigations towards other operators;
The audit trail or lack thereof conceals actual intent or actions with other exploits designed to mislead investigators.

Revised Opinion and Falsifiability Research

What is falsifiability criterion? Why is this concept important to the field psychology? Please provide an example of this importance in your response.

The falsifiability criterion essentially states that in order for a theory to be acknowledged as true it must first have the ability to be disproven (Grant & Harari, 2005). Initially this concept can be extremely difficult to understand. However, all the falsifiability criterion does is provides the ability for any hypothesis to be tested and ultimately proved true or false. This is especially seen when new information is entered into a potential theory.

Recorded on 6 July 2017, this is a groundbreaking conversation with Richard Dolan, one of the very most respected and arguably important voices in Ufology.

For many months, Richard has said almost nothing about the widespread, concerning, serious problems of ‘whistleblower’ credibility. Here, at last, he speaks out, in full; and while he is careful and respectful as always, he does NOT mince his words.

To put it simply: Richard makes new, clear, on-record statements, and breaks new ground. Anyone who cares about the current serious problems in the Ufology research community has to hear this out, in full… right to the very end.

The problems, as many reading this will know, have been caused by various degrees of irresponsibility and/or very sloppy vetting (in some cases, no vetting whatsoever), and the over-eagerness of some individuals and organizations to offer celebrity platforms for claimed ‘witnesses’ who, Richard Dolan and Bill Ryan both argue cogently, have almost no credibility whatsoever.

Contrary to the inevitable claims of some, this is not an ‘attack’. This is a DEFENSE of the field, a commitment — and a call to others — to retain respectability and high standards of evidence and research.

This is ALL about standards. And some people and organizations out there may not care an iota about research standards; their agenda seems to be sensationalism, popularity, money, commercialism, and a disturbingly populist, cult-like ‘New Age’ message that belongs NOWHERE in this serious field of research.
