We actually share duties as a team of volunteers at our ACO Events.

Team Members can expect to perform Ticket Scanning, Parking & Traffic Flow Services, Security Screening and Ushering, to name a few. Our main function is to provide crowd management services while upholding excellent customer service. Primarily focusing on meeting the expectations of the client, venue and patrons.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to see, speak, hear, bend and kneel
  • Ability to physically stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk a moderate distance and/or climb a moderate amount of stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 10 pounds, and a maximum of 50 pounds on occasion
  • Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Must be able to respond to change in a positive and productive way
  • Must display an emphasis on customer service

Working Conditions:

In events we live by the saying of ‘The Show Must Go On’. Rain or shine, regardless of show attendance we honor one fan at a time to make every experience everlasting. Working conditions may include but are not limited to: Numerous environments, ever changing duties based upon the venue’s demands, loud noise, amplified music, mass amounts of people and various weather conditions.
